A sorpresa, alle spalle de La vita segreta di una teenager americana, leader con quattro nominati, ci sono non solo Pretty Little Liars e Make It or Break It, con tre candidati a testa, ma anche True Blood (con due), una fiction non esattamente destinata al pubblico tra i tredici e i diciannove anni.
